The idea of the service “Project Management” arose in the summer of 2015. There were three acute needs on the part of demand that we have identified in the market of information technologies:
- Lack of competencies for clear budgeting for IT projects. The problem is that the projects need more investments than planned;
- The client has no alternatives to the IT project development technology. The problem was that the client had to be limited to the competence of the existing team;
- Lack of necessary personnel in the staff of the customer. The problem is the misunderstanding and mistrust due to the developers.
A team, the purpose and function of which is to help and advise company managers in the management of IT projects, was formed at the beginning of 2018.
Today, the company AlphaBytePro already performs the functions of a project office for 20 IT-projects. We understand customers’ desire to see the start of the project, but for successful implementation requires a well-thought-out action plan, which customers often do not have enough. Our team impartially analyzes your idea, and you will get a conclusion about the viability of the project at the end.
The disadvantage of most teams is the lack of standards in their work. The processes are absent or their quality leaves much to be desired, and implementation of the project occurs intuitively. We eliminate this drawback.
